Frequently asked questions.
+How do I export a GPX from Strava?
Open the activity in Strava (web or app). Click the three dots '⋯' top-right, then 'Export GPX'. The file downloads immediately.
+How do I export a FIT from Garmin Connect?
On Garmin Connect web, open the activity, click the gear icon top-right, then 'Export to GPX' or 'Export to original format (.FIT)'. Both formats work for us.
+And from Apple Watch / the Activity app?
Open the Fitness app on iPhone, select the activity, scroll to the bottom, 'Export a copy of the workout' → GPX format.
+My file is 50 MB, is that ok?
10 MB limit. Beyond that, simplify the track in GPS Babel or trim unnecessary segments. A standard race GPX (even an ultra) is under 1 MB.
+Do I need to create an account?
No — upload and the configurator work without sign-up. An account is only created at checkout, to track your prints.
+Is the file private?
Yes. Your GPX is stored encrypted, tied to a unique token. We don't share it, we don't sell it. You can delete it anytime.
