Cookie policy

This policy applies article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL's recommendation on cookies and other trackers.

1. Our principle: nothing without your consent

No non-essential tracker is set or activated until you agree. Until you choose, or if you refuse, only strictly necessary cookies are used — and the shop remains fully usable. Refusing is as easy as accepting: both buttons are presented at the same level.

Elevart sets no third-party advertising tracker and does no cross-site tracking.

As of today, every cookie in use is strictly necessary and therefore exempt from consent under article 82. The preferences panel is still offered so that your choice is already recorded should audience measurement ever be added.

3. Tracker categories

  • Strictly necessary (always on) Required for the site to work: keeping you signed in, holding your cart and work in progress, the checkout flow, security, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be turned off.
  • Audience measurement Internal statistics on browsing and the creation flow, to improve the shop. No such tracker is set today: your choice is recorded in advance.
  • Personalisation and marketing Measuring how well our communications work and tailoring the content shown to you. No third-party advertising tracker is set today.

4. How long your choice lasts

Your preferences are kept for 6 months, in line with the CNIL's recommendation. After that we ask again. We also ask again if the list of trackers changes significantly.

5. Change or withdraw your consent

The “Manage cookies” link is also at the bottom of every page. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies; blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from creating a piece and from paying.
